I believe that the bigger the problem, the bigger the opportunity—if you can uncover the solution. My journey in mobile home investing has always been about finding creative ways to overcome challenges, and one of the biggest hurdles early on was securing funding to expand my investments.
Time and time again, we faced the same objections:

This was a breakthrough. However, with rent-to-own agreements, income streams eventually end once the final payment is made. That led me to ask a pivotal question: How can I create long-term, recurring income even after a mobile home is fully paid off?
The answer? Title Lending.
By offering loans secured by mobile home titles, we unlocked an incredible opportunity to:
- Collect ongoing payments with interest and a loan creation fee.
