This was a breakthrough. However, with rent-to-own agreements, income streams eventually end once the final payment is made. That led me to ask a pivotal question: How can I create long-term, recurring income even after a mobile home is fully paid off?
The answer? Title Lending.
By offering loans secured by mobile home titles, we unlocked an incredible opportunity to:
- Collect ongoing payments with interest and a loan creation fee.
